CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24hours of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services you were booked for. If you cancel, or no show your appointment less than 12 hours, you will be charged a 100% of the service you were booked for. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a "no-show". These policies are to accommodate all clients, to ensure they receive the time they need for their services.
